Orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. That is 1 to 3 business days to make and pack, then 4 to 7 in transit. Tracking arrives by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, and US return postage is free: we email you a prepaid label. Engraved pieces are the one exception, because a name makes them unsellable.
